3. Paid engagements

Paid engagements with Connect Smart Consulting Inc. are governed by a separate written agreement between Connect Smart Consulting Inc. and the client organisation. Nothing on this website creates a consulting, advisory, or fiduciary relationship.

Pricing displayed on this website is indicative. Actual engagement pricing is fixed in the executed Statement of Work for each engagement.

4. Open-source software

Software published by Connect Smart Consulting Inc. on GitHub — including aigrc and qopilot — is licensed under the MIT License as stated in each repository.

Open-source use is at your own risk and subject to the licence terms in the relevant repository. The software is provided without warranty of any kind and is not designed for use in life-critical or safety-critical systems without independent validation.

The methodology these tools implement (the AI Behaviour Validation Framework, the Control Effectiveness Verification Protocol, and the Resilience Engineering Scorecard) remains the intellectual property of Connect Smart Consulting Inc., as set out below.

5. Intellectual property

The proprietary frameworks ABVF (AI Behaviour Validation Framework), CEVP (Control Effectiveness Verification Protocol), and RES (Resilience Engineering Scorecard), along with all related documentation, methodology specifications, branding, logos, design elements, and content on this website, are the intellectual property of Connect Smart Consulting Inc. unless otherwise indicated.

You may:

• Quote short excerpts of our public content with attribution and a link back to this site
• Share our public LinkedIn posts and blog content with attribution
• Use our open-source software under the terms of its licence

You may not, without our written permission:

• Reproduce or distribute our methodology documents, framework specifications, or branded materials
